日本茶カフェ　ティーショップ夕日　 Japanese tea café, Teashop Yuhi

函館に行ったらぜひ立ち寄ってほしい日本茶カフェです。「ここで海を見ていると、自分の心がみえてくる」とショップカードにありますが、飲んでいるのが日本茶だからこそ、肩の力が抜けてぼーっとできる気がするのです。

海に面した1885年に建築された旧検疫所の建物では、ゆっくりと時が刻まれています。茶釜で湯の沸く気配。オルゴールの音色。一煎目は店主が淹れてくださるが、あとはポットのお湯を何度でも注ぎ足して飲める日本茶。贅沢で豊かな時間です。

冬季休業中に茶産地を巡り、生産家と知り合って選んだ日本茶は、「霧島」「嬉野」「川根」「朝宮」とマイナーな産地からの絶妙なセレクト。何よりも千葉から脱サラして函館に移住されたご夫妻の温かくひそやかな気遣いに癒されます。

お茶菓子はつきますが、ランチなどの飲食はありません。あくまでも日本茶を心とカラダで味わう時間。カフェメニューにある日本茶の茶葉は、小さいサイズで物販もしています。

We suggest that you stop at this Japanese tea café when you visit Hakodate. As it says “We get to know our own feelings when looking at the ocean here” on the shop card, you can spend your time in a relaxed mood thanks to Japanese tea.

The old quarantine station was built in 1985 and time passes slowly in this building facing the ocean. Sign of boiling water and the sound of the music box. The first tea is brewed by the owner but you can keep enjoying Japanese tea by refilling hot water from kettle again and again. You can spend a luxurious and precious rest time in this café.

Japanese tea that was selected by the owner while travelling around production areas during winter closing period is “Kirishima”, “Ureshino”, “Kawane” and “Asamiya”, which are all from minor production areas. We are healed by warm care from the owner couple who moved to Hakodate from Chiba after leaving a job.

Refreshment is served together but they do not provide food such as lunch. The café offers the time to appreciate Japanese tea with body and mind. Japanese tea leaves used in menu are also sold in small sizes.

若有机会来到函馆请务必造访的日本茶café。虽然店名片写着「在这里看海，似乎也能观察到自己的心」﹑但我想应该是喝了日本茶后呼～地放松了吧。

面向大海，由1885年所建的原为检疫所地建筑，被时光缓缓地刻印下来。茶釜的滚水，配合着音乐盒的音色。第一壶茶由老板冲泡﹑而之后自己能不断加入热水再冲泡，度过奢侈而丰足的时间。

在冬季休业期间巡礼各地茶产地，和当地的茶农认识并挑选的日本茶ー「雾岛」「嬉野」「川根」「朝宫」，来自小产地的绝妙组合。在这之中更是被辞掉工作从千叶移居至函馆的夫妻，其温暖与亲切所疗愈。

虽然有茶果子，但没有其他饮食餐点，以身心来品味日本茶的独特时间。而café menu的日本茶品项也有小包装贩售。
