高円寺純情商店街の入り口。ザ・お茶屋さんという昭和を感じる佇まいの金子園さんは、西東京を中心に30店舗以上を展開する金子園さんの本店です。
急須で飲む日本茶が日常茶飯の常連さんがひっきりなしに買いに来て、「コスパが高いのよね～」とおっしゃるのです。時代に媚びず、茶の間の時代の消費者に喜ばれることを磨きあげてきた、ある意味、貴重なガラパゴス！？

「お茶の友」という位置づけのお茶請けは、甘い系もしょっぱい系もお手頃な値段の本物志向。迷う時間も楽しいワンダーランドです。
そして、お茶に負けないボリュームの品揃えが海苔!! 「お茶と海苔　金子園」と看板にあるのだから、その美味しさもダントツです。食べたらわかる!美味しい海苔選別センサーが、ピビッと反応しますよ!

■金子園の看板茶は、煎茶は「天下一」、ほうじ茶は「自然の栽培茶園」。店頭は圧倒的な人気商品と、急須のないヒトに向けてのお値ごろな急須。そして名脇役のお茶菓子が並びます。急須は食洗機OKの有田焼です。 ■Kanekoen’s Japanese tea, the most attracts customers, is the best ‘Tenkaichi’ in Sencha and ‘Shizen-no-Saibaichaen’ in Hojicha. The most popular products of Japanese tea, Japanese teapots at a reasonable price for people not having them and traditional Japanese sweets and snacks are sold in the shop. The teapots are Arita ware which are dishwasher-safe. ■「天下一」煎茶,「自然の栽培茶园」焙茶是金子园的招牌茶,店里陈列着高人气商品,以及为家里没有急须的人所提供的平价急须,然后还有品茶时不可缺的配角茶果子。另外急须是可放入洗碗机清洗的有田烧陶器。

位于高円寺纯情商店街的入口处,有昭和日本茶屋感的金子园。是以西东京为中心拥有30间以上分店的总店。平常使用急须来泡茶的常客也是络绎不绝地前来采买，「在这边买真是划算呢」客人如此回答。不追随时代潮流更迭，早期以来就洞察消费者需求而不断尝试磨练，就像茶界的加拉帕戈斯群岛的生物般独自进化着⁉
