清廉な暖簾をくぐると、小料理屋さんのようなⅬ字型のカウンター。茶釜からは湯気がたち、天井も高くなく、空間も広くなく、けれどしっぽりとあるべきところに収まっているような不思議な安心感と清潔感があります。

メニューに書かれた文章を読むだけで、茶畑の情景やそのお茶の物語を感じ、淹れていただくお茶を一つ選ぶだけでも、愉しく迷うことができます。急須を自分で選び、茶葉は天秤で一円玉で量られ(1円1枚1グラムなんですって!!)、懐紙に載って目の前におかれます。その茶葉の色や形状を目で愉しみ、匂いを嗅ぐ。目の前で店主が淹れてくださる所作は流れるよう。茶釜から湯を汲み、茶器を温め、美しい砂時計のさらさらという情景を愉しみながら待つ時間にぽつりぽつりと会話を紡ぐ。ゆっくりと最後の一滴を絞り切ったあとに、店主がさっと味見をされているのも、信頼ができる所作でした。五感にしみる香りと味。

お茶菓子もお手製。最中の皮をその場で炙って供されるなど、お茶もお菓子も、ほんとうに一つひとつが丁寧で、ゆったりと自律神経が整っていく場と時間。店内には茶器と茶葉以外にも、店主がセレクトした刺し子のもんぺやアクセサリーなど、手仕事の作家さんの作品が並んでいます。ここで買い物をしたら、この贅沢な時間を思い出して、購入したモノを使うたびに、深呼吸ができそうです。行くならたっぷり時間をとって、日本茶の力を借りて心が整う時間をお過ごしいただくのがオススメです。

If you just read the sentence of the menu, you can feel the scene of tea plantation and the tea’s story. So you can enjoy just choosing the tea which you want to drink from the menu.
First of all, you choose your favorite Japanese teapot, and the shop owner measures tea leaves by using a balance whose put one yen coin on other side pan (one yen coin is 1gram per 1coin!!) and serves them on a kaishi paper. Please enjoy looking at the color and shape of the tea leaves and smelling them. The movement which she brews tea before costumers’ eyes is like flowing water. Scooping hot water from a Japanese tea kettle, warming tea utensils, enjoying the beautiful scene which the sand of a sandglass is falling, having a pleasant chat in waiting time. It was also trustworthy movement that she tasted the tea quickly after she extracted the last drop slowly. There are the aroma and taste that touch your five senses there.

If you spend days you’re swamped with schedule, this shop is worth making time and visiting even if you force yourself.
When you duck under a noble shop curtain, you can see L-shaped counter like Japanese style restaurant. The steam is coming from a Japanese tea kettle, and the ceiling is not so high. Though this shop is not so spacious, strangely enough, it looks clean and tidy and makes us feel safe.

Japanese sweets are also homemade. The skin of monaka (Monaka is a bean jam filling wafers) are baked in the shop and served right then. Both the tea and sweets are really made with love, and this shop’s time and space calm your nerves slowly. They also has the works of handwork artists: hand-embroidered mompe (Japanese farm woman’s workpants), accessory which the shop owner selected and so on. You will remember this luxury time and be able to take a deep breath every time you use this shop’s product you bought. I hope that you will make many time for visiting and spend time when you can organize your mind with the help of Japanese tea.

若您一直过着被忙碌行程所追逐的生活的话,这间店有着让务必挤出时间来造访的价值。
穿过洁白的挂帘后,会看到像是料理店般的L型的吧台,从茶釜里浮出热气,虽然层高略低,空间也不是这么的宽广,但充满着能让人静下心有着不可思议的安心感与清洁感。

只是读着Menu上所写的文,就能感受到茶田的场景与茶的故事,享受选择一壶茶的时间。自己选择日本茶壶急须的样式,将一元铜板放置于眼前铺着日本怀纸的天秤上来秤量茶叶的重量（原来一元日币的重量是1克啊!!）用视觉享受茶叶的颜色与形状,用嗅觉品味着茶香。在眼前观察着店长泡茶的姿态,从茶釜将热开水舀出,预热茶器,边观察着沙漏缓缓流下的场景,在等待的时间中一点一点的编织着彼此间的对话。缓缓地将最后一滴茶的精华取出后,店长先试喝的动作也是让人信赖的姿态。刺激五感的香气与味道。

茶果子也是手工所制,最中的外皮会在现场用小火烤过后再呈上来等等,无论是茶或是和果子真的都是一个一个用心所制,并提供让人能缓和并整理自律神经的场所与时间。店里除茶器与茶叶以外,店长也挑选了刺绣工作裤与饰品等职人的手工制品在店里提供贩售。在这里买的东西在使用时会让人想起这个奢侈的日本茶时光,并让人放松心情。若是要前往的话,建议挪出多一点时间,借用日本茶的力量整理情绪度过这美妙的时间。
