赤坂野瀬園　本店＆アークヒルズ店　Akasaka Noseen, Main Store and ARK Hills Store

発展を続けるハイセンスな街、赤坂にある、野瀬園さんの本店とアークヒルズ店へ。

新入社員のサナダが取材させていただきました。

I visited Noseen Main store and ARK Hills store in Akasaka where is a sophisticated area and continues evolving.

Sanada, a new employee, interviewed them.

这次由新入社员的真田,前往目前仍持续发展,充满高质感的街道 赤坂的日本茶屋―野瀬园的本店与ARK HILLS店进行取材专访。

まずは本店から。

First, I visited the main store.

首先来到了本店。

カフェも併設したおしゃれなお店です。

土地柄、ビジネスパーソンの利用が多く、カフェで会議をするお客さんも。

茶器が飾られた明るい店内で、都会の真ん中に、日本茶でほっと一息ができる場所があるのはとても嬉しいですね。私も抹茶を飲みつつ、お話を聞かせていただきました。

It is the stylish store with a café too.

Because it is in business district, many business people visit, and some of them hold a meeting at the café.

Even though there is in the middle of the city, it is very good that there is a place where you can take a break while enjoying Japanese tea in the bright store which has a wide arrangement of tea utensils. I interviewed the store’s staff while I also enjoyed matcha green tea.

设有咖啡厅,时尚的一间店。

由于地域的特性,以商务人士的利用居多,也有客人会在店里进行会议。

坐在茶器陈列装饰,明亮的店面里,在都市的中心,能够以一杯日本茶稍作歇息的场所令人觉得欣慰。 我也一边饮用着抹茶,一边听店员娓娓道来。

一番人気は、やはり野瀬園さんオリジナルの「特蒸し茶」。

味を一番に考えられたお茶で、普通の煎茶よりも蒸し時間が長いのが特徴。通常は見た目のために、蒸し時間はもっと短くなるそうです。高温のお湯でもおいしく出せるので、お茶を普段からそんなに淹れない人にも簡単。海外からの人も含め、新しいお客さんが多いそうで、野瀬園さんに時代のニーズが追いついてきている！？と感じました。

Just as I thought, the most popular is “Tokumushicha” (deep-steamed green tea) which is an original product of Noseen.

This tea is produced with a focus on the taste, and the feature is the steaming time which is longer than Sencha (ordinary green tea). Usually the steaming time is shorter for focusing on the look. It’s easy even for people who don’t usually brew Japanese tea because you can brew the delicious one even if you do with boiling water. A lot of new customers, including overseas people, visit Noseen, so I felt that the needs of the times caught up with them.

第一人气的,果然是野瀬园自创商品的「特蒸煎茶」。

最重视味道的茶当中,比普通煎茶需要较长闷蒸时间为其特征。 通常为了美观,似乎会缩短闷蒸时间。 由于就算用高温的热水冲泡也能泡出好喝的茶,对平常没有泡茶的人也简单。 包含海外,新的客人似乎相当多, 野瀬园也随着时代的需求在不断进步啊!? 如此思考着。

各SNSやサイトも力を入れており、常に新しいものへのアンテナを高くしている様子。お客さんもトレンドに敏感な人が多いため、いろいろ試行錯誤を重ねているそうです。

They are putting effort into their SNS and website too and keep an eye out to find new things. Because many of their customers also follow the latest trends, they always do their best through trial and error.

运用各种社群软件与网站,时常保有新事物的敏感度。 由于客人对于流行相当敏感, 野瀬园也不断的尝试从错误中学习进步的样子。

最後にはマイボトルに煎茶を淹れていただきました。みたらしちゃんも発見！

They kindly poured Sencha into my bottle at the end of my interview. I found Mitarashi-chan too!

つぎはアークヒルズ店。

Next, I visited ARK Hills store.

接着是ARK HILLS店

本店とは道を挟んですぐ近く。オフィスビルの中にある、お弁当などを売っているお店です。お弁当などを買うのに身近に利用しながら、お茶にも触れられる、ユニークなお店だなと感じました。中庭で食べるのも気持ちがよさそうです。

ARK Hills store is so near that it is across from the main store. This store which is in office building sells lunch boxes, among other things. I felt It’s a unique store which you can buy them for daily use and also enjoy tea. It looks like it feels good also to eat them in the courtyard.

与本店仅隔一条道路,位在办公大楼之中,贩卖着便当的一间店。 像上班族购买便当时就近利用相当便利,同时也能接触到茶,满特别的一间店。 买完后在中庭享用也觉得很不错。

なんと２０２０年は１３０周年を迎える記念の年。常に街とともに進化し続ける野瀬園さんの最新情報を、私もSNSで追ってみたいと思います。
