札幌のホテルや旅館でクオリティの高いお茶のティーバッグに出会ったら、それは「土倉」のティーバッグかもしれません。ホテルのティーバッグが美味しくて、わざわざ本社を探して訪れた外国人旅行客もいるほどです。
土倉は、現在伊藤園のグループ企業です。本社の経営企画、財務最前線から社長に就任した羽鳥氏は「新創業期」というビジョンを掲げています。新・創業期・・・。
土倉の創業は昭和33年、28歳の土倉秀之氏が妻との二人三脚でスタートし、資金も得意先もない中、自転車でのお茶の行商がスタートでした。一代で北海道を代表する製茶メーカーに飛躍した原動力は、とんでもない努力と行動量、そして「北海道の人たちに、美味しいお茶を飲んでほしい」というお茶に対するアツイ想いでした。本店に併設する自社工場では、ものづくりの原点を大切にした職人魂が継承されているのです。
そんな土倉の原点を見直し、プロパーの社員さんと力を合わせて新しい時代を切り拓いていこう、という想いが「新・創業期」という言葉に込められています。

If you meet a high-quality Japanese tea teabag at hotel or inn in Hokkaido, it might be a Tsuchikura’s teabag. The tea of the teabag is so delicious that they are also foreign tourists who go out of their way to search and visit the main store.
Tsuchikura is a group company of Itoen. Mr.Hatori who took office as the president through the corporate planning team of the main store and the forefront of finance leads the company with a vision “New Founding Stage.” NEW founding stage…!!
Tsuchikura was established in 1958. Mr. Hideyuki Tsuchikura who was 28 years old at the time and his wife started a business together, although they didn’t have funds and clients, and peddled Japanese tea by bicycle was their start of business. The motivation which he made Tsuchikura grow to a representative tea manufacture of Hokkaido in his lifetime was by the sweat of his brow, energy and zeal towards Japanese tea that “I want people in Hokkaido to enjoy delicious Japanese tea.”
His craftsman’s pride which valued the starting point of making things has been passed down to their own factory which is annexed to the main store.
The current president Mr. Hatori re-evaluates such Tsuchikura’s starting point and puts his wish that he wants to create a new era with his full-time employees into the word “New Founding Stage.”

在札幌的旅馆里喝到高级茶包所泡的茶,这有可能就是「土仓」的茶包也不一定。也有因为旅馆的茶包太好喝,而特别寻找并造访总店的外国旅游客。
土仓是现在伊藤园的关系企业。从总公司最前线的经营企划、财务如今担任社长的羽鸟先生,揭开了「新创业期」愿景。新・创业期・・・。
土仓创业于昭和33年,当时28岁的土仓秀之先生与妻子两人一同,在缺乏资金与客户的状况下,以脚踏车开始进行一间一间的拜访。在这一代就跃升成为北海道代表的制茶商,其原动力来自难以置信的努力与行动力, 「想让北海道的人们喝到好喝的茶」对茶有着充满热情的想法。在现今总店旁的自家工厂,则是继承了珍惜制茶的原点其职人魂精神。
然而土仓又将原点重新规划,与员工齐力开拓新的时代、这想法也融入在「新创业期」的言语之中。

「ゴールデンほうじ茶」「煎茶　天玉(てんぎょく)」という超ロングセラーも健在です。

Mr. Hatori says with laughing, “” When I talk with people in Hokkaido, it is often said with wonder “What? Does Tsuchikura have no chain stores?”” That also should be expected because there are a commercial which uses Japanese famous comedian Hayashiya Sanpei , who says “I’m Tsuchikura’s Sanpei.” in it, and a commercial song which a little bit old generation can’t help singing when they hear etc. and it has sunk into people in Hokkaido as a Japanese tea brand which boasts “You can enjoy delicious Japanese tea which goes well Hokkaido water.” (Please refer to the link below URL: https://tsuchikura.ocnk.net/page/19)
“Golden Roasted Green Tea” and “Sencha Tengyoku” etc. There are still longtime best sellers now.

「跟北海道人聊到土仓时,北海道人常会出现『疑?土仓不是全国企业喔？』惊讶的反应」羽鸟社长这样笑着说。这也是可想而知的结果,因为「土仓的三平」起用林家三平师匠(日本知名落语家)的电视广告,而身处世代的人一听到那熟悉的广告曲就会反射性的哼唱「请享用北海道的水所泡出美味的茶」日本茶的品牌就这样深入人心。
