駐車場から本店に至るエントランスの植栽の美しさ。店に入るとまるで大きな絵画のようにカウンターの向こうに広がるお庭と茶室。庭のお茶の樹は見まがうような気品でつやつやと輝いています。
そのお庭を正面にみながらカウンターで店主自らがお茶を淹れてくださる静かな時間。フタなし急須に茶葉を入れ、その上に氷を載せて湯を注ぐ。茶道のような格式ばったものではなく、簡素な手順なのに、出されたお茶は甘さと渋み、苦みが調和して思わずため息が漏れるのです。
お茶ほど千差万別で差が大きい商品はないからこそ「室園のお茶しか飲まない」というファンが多い正統派の茶専門店です。
You are welcomed by beautiful plantings in the entryway into the main shop from the parking. Once you enter the shop, the garden and tea room spread beyond the counter like a big painting. Tea trees in the garden are shining brightly in such an elegant manner.
You can spend a quiet time looking over the garden in your front while having tea brewed by the owner at the counter. He puts ice cubes on the tea leaves in a Japanese tea pot without a lid and pours hot water over them. Tea is brewed in such a simple process instead of the formal tea ceremony, but you will be impressed by the harmony of sweetness, astringency, and bitterness of the tea.
Nothing has such a significant variety like tea and that is why many fans say that they drink tea only from this authentic tea shop, Murozono.
从停车场到本店的入口处美丽的植栽。进入店里,仿佛像大幅的绘画作品般,从吧台的对面所延伸的庭院与茶室。庭院的茶树,就像错觉一样展现出闪闪发亮的高贵姿态。面对着庭院,店老板在吧台冲泡着茶,闲静的时间。
将茶叶放入无附盖的急须中,加入冰块后注入热水。并不是茶道的传统作法,虽然是简单的步骤,其冲出的茶,甜,涩与苦味调和,让人不自觉地发出感叹声。
由于没有商品会像茶一样有着千差万别,因此造就了许多「我只喝室园的茶」的茶迷的正统派的日本茶专门店。
